Fall 14 at Detroit Lake
On Julia: Fern Charcoal, Warbler Burgundy, On Tom: Hunter Southwest Stripe, Umatilla Charcoal, Crescent Olive
We ventured out to Detroit Lake, along the Cascade Scenic Byway and just two hours from Portland to shoot our Fall 14 Lookbook. Detroit Lake is a forest-ringed canyon reservoir nestled in Santiam Pass. In the winter, the reservoir is drained to reveal a stunning landscape of stone, striated sediment, and stumps. The empty reservoir left us with a beautiful backdrop for our day of shooting.
